Varipal Profile

Designed with a modern appearance, the system includes a wide range of security features, including vertical wire spacings which are narrower than standard thus preventing cut-through. Other features include V-shaped pressings, 6mm wire welded at each intersection (increasing strength & rigidity) and a choice of colour finishes.

Secure Sports Twin Wire Fencing:-
Securely protecting sports environments can be difficult when constant ball impact threatens fence integrity. The threat of fence sagging and replacement will remain unless a solution can be found.
The solution is the Secure Sports Twin Wire Fence. The main difference is the integration of a rebound panel. Using additional horizontal twin wires, the panel allows multiple users to constantly rebound balls whilst the main body of the fence remains rigid, secure and safe.

- Rebound panel includes extra twin 8mm horizontal wires thus adding additional strength

WireWall 358 Posts: Square hollow section posts provide both strength and safety. Plastic post-tops prevent water ingress which can cause rust. Posts can be manufactured to suit the site, either to be concreted into the ground, Baseplated for fixing to a concrete base, and/or cranked to receive another panel or for razor wire
WireWall 358 Finishes: Secure 358 panels are available Polyester Powder-coated (BS 1722 (BS 6497) Part 16 compliant) providing an architectural coating of 60 microns minimum which greatly extends the life of the fence. Secure 358 posts and clamp bars are hot dip galvanised and powder-coated – to any colour required
WireWall 358 continuous clamp bar fixing: The most secure method of securing panels to posts. A continuous 40 x 6mm flat bar clamps the mesh panel to the post, using Galvanised M8 Bolts which pass through the posts and are secured from the inside of the fence by means of anti-vandal and tamper resistant Permacone Nut.

Gates to match are available to compliment the chosen fencing system and can be manufactured to any width specified. The design has been carefully detailed to match the Fencing system & give a similar level of strength.

Single Leaf swing gates up to 6.00m opening.
Double Leaf swing gates up to 12.00m opening.
Contiguous gates with double and single leaves hinged from a common post.
Both pedestrian and vehicle access gates can be automated to suit a clients needs. These gates can be either single or double leaf, including drop bolts and sliding latch, and/or magnetic lock fixings.
Automated Gate control options Include intercom, card reader, radio transmitter, push button, free entry and/or exit loops
